Compression Molding


Automatic compression molding is one of the core competencies that make Jade an industry leader in providing consistently high product quality and manufacturing efficiency, enabling us to deliver superior value to our customers.

Jade's production facilities are fully climate controlled to help assure a consistent manufacturing process. Rigid maintenance and housekeeping standards throughout our facilities help to eliminate possible sources of product contamination.

Automatic and semi-automatic molding machines produce parts in a broad range of sizes and shapes. We also maintain an extensive inventory of basic and complex molds to satisfy many customer requirements without the need for investment in tooling.

Automatic Compression Molding Finished Parts (ACMFP)
We machine many of the compression molded components we produce to achieve final dimensions. However, when feasible, we use Automatic Compression Molding Finished Parts (ACMFP) to optimize manufacturing efficiency by eliminating machining and to reduce the generation of material scrap (within certain design criteria, complex geometry, close).

Compression molding also offers the advantage of producing the highest level of physical properties, which is essential when performance is critical. ACMFP is suitable for making complex geometry, close tolerance products within certain design criteria.

Computer-controlled, precisely-calibrated sintering ovens
In addition, all Jade molded parts achieve their final mechanical integrity by sintering at elevated temperatures to fuse resin particles. Our computer-controlled, precisely-calibrated sintering ovens ensure exact temperature control and our data acquisition equipment provides the records to verify proper thermal treatments of all parts.
