Quality is paramount at Jade, not only in our materials and processes, but in customer satisfaction, too.

The ISO 9001:2008 Certification we achieved in 2002 for our quality management systems demonstrates our commitment to both high quality and continuous improvement in all aspects of our operations.

Quality is the objective of all our systems, practices and procedures, and we have the tools to achieve that objective. For example, our physical properties lab gives us the ability to perform tensile, compressive, specific gravity, hardness, and wear testing on all materials.

Through our ongoing quality assurance of all incoming resin lots, we have established a material database that enables us to carefully evaluate all JLON formulations. We also maintain a controlled environment for testing our proprietary JLON materials. This enables us to provide our customers with reliable data that documents both JLON's properties and our company's precision processing techniques.

Jade personnel are trained and re-trained in the latest quality assurance methods and techniques. In addition, we perform inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure continued product quality. Formal inspection reports with statistical analysis of our processes are always available to customers upon request.
